Remove a domain
If you control a domain, you can have its report removed from DomainGrade. Reports are already excluded from search engines — every one carries a noindex instruction, and /d/ is disallowed in our robots.txt — so opting out is about the link itself, not about visibility in Google.
What we check, and what we don’t
Everything in a report comes from information your domain publishes to anyone who asks: DNS records, the TLS certificate your server presents, and the headers your homepage returns. We request your homepage once, and nothing else. We never attempt to log in, submit a form, scan ports, or read anything that isn’t already public.
How to opt out
We have to know you control the domain first — otherwise anyone could hide anyone else’s report. Proving control takes one DNS TXT record or one file on your web server: create a free account, add the domain, verify it, and switch its public page off from the domain’s settings. If you’d rather not create an account, email privacy@domaingrade.io from an address at the domain and we will remove it.
Removing a domain deletes its public report. If you later add the domain to an account of your own, monitoring and alerts keep working — opting out means “keep this out of the public index”, not “stop watching it”.
